Submission
Prospective authors are invited to submit a 2-pages extended abstract in English following the template provided on the website. The extended abstract should be submitted both in .pdf as well as .docx formats. All abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committee who will recommend their acceptance for presentation at the conference. Presenters of accepted extended abstracts are expected to register to the conference in due time. A maximum of 2 presentations may be delivered by the same author.
The submission process is managed via the EasyChair platform. To make a submission please create an account and go to conference page on EasyChair.
3NCWE Proceedings: Willing authors may submit a 12-pages full paper to be considered for publication in the Conference Proceedings.

Conference Proceedings
We are happy to let you know that the Conference Proceedings will be published by Springer Nature. To be included in the Conference Proceedings, you need to submit a manuscript of 10 or 12 pages in length by September 2nd 2024 via email to the organizing committee.
Please remember that:
- the content of the manuscript should reflect the content of the presentation at the Conference
- for each paper, permissions to use any of the third-party content included in the proceedings paper must be obtained; please begin the permissions-clearing process as early as possible to avoid delays to the publishing process (refer to https://www.springernature.com/gp/policies/editorial-policies/third-party-permissions for any doubts about it);
- all manuscripts will be peer-reviewed
